The talk at [DIAP] will evolve around the legacy of artists’ television intervention projects…and how that presents itself now.
Rebecca Cleman is the Director of Distribution of Electronic Arts Intermix (EAI), New York. She has programmed screenings and events for such venues as the New York Underground Film Festival, Light Industry, the Museum of Art and Design, Anthology Film Archives, and Andrea Rosen Gallery.
Other activities include a roundtable discussion about the legacy of “video art” for the ICA in Philadelphia, a co-organized screening of films by Tommy Turner for Spectacle Theater, Brooklyn, programming “The Parallax View: On Media” as part of the Contraband Cinema series at BAMcinématek, and as a jury member of the 2010 Migrating Forms media festival in New York.
